SUPPORT POLICY

Our rate for onsite, dial-in support or custom programming is $100.00 per hour
Group training rate is $150.00 per hour

GLE has a Levelized Billing Administration Agreement available to established customers that offers monthly levelized billing of annually purchased blocks of hours at a slightly discounted rate. Beyond the small discount, the primary benefit of GLE's Levelized Billing Agreement is the budget control it provides the customer. During the month of a planned system upgrade or expansion the customer's monthly payment will remain the same. Additionally, the customer enjoys peace of mind from the knowledge that some unforeseen disaster (fire) will not break the bank.

Payment Terms:

  • Hardware and Software - We expect payment in full before the project starts, unless prior arrangements are made. Please note that Time Matters® Software will be purchased through LexisNexis directly.
  • Services - one half of the installation, configuration and support services to be paid in full before the project starts. Once the system is in place and available for use by the firm, payment for all completed phases will be due. Payments for any phases or components of the project that are not complete at this time will be due upon completion.

Please note some points regarding the equipment and services we are quoting:

  • We also use remote access technology to provide support for our clients without even coming onsite. We can connect from either of our offices and resolve many issues without an onsite visit. This saves you the expense of an onsite service call. When working remotely, we charge by the minute, rather than the minimum one-hour charged on an onsite call.
  • Please understand the estimates given are just that, estimates. Estimates are based on our past job experiences. We will do our absolute best to stay within the budgetary guidelines set forth by these estimates and any unexpected charges will be discussed with the client as they arise.
  • Finally, the client is responsible for all travel charges from Little Rock. This includes travel time ($60.00 per hour), airfare charges, hotel charges, etc.
